The most common racking configuration is multi-position storage with 2 – 4 pallets per bay. This is the most standard racking solution for pallets. The aisle width is suited for standard pallet trucks or electric lift trucks.

Based on the same principles of the patented Racklock racking system, Mini Racking offers the same technology, but in a lighter capacity. Ideally suited for lighter, yet bulky applications, this system utilises the same End Frame and Beam principles but in smaller section sizes and thicknesses, thus reducing material content and cost.
Cantilever racking systems is ideal for storing goods with various lengths, ideal for flat items such as steel plates, timber, plastic tubing & steel pipes. The rack consists of cantilever arms and can be configured with single-sided or double-sided designs. The cantilever arms can be modified and adjusted to various heights and loading requirements.
Automated Radioshuttle system is a high-density storage solution is divided into lanes/channels, fitted with rails on which the Radioshuttle operates. It is a semi-automated storage and retrieval system that allows for a maximum use of warehouse space. The lanes and channels are fed pallets by reach/lift trucks or forklifts and moved by the Radioshuttle in the lanes.
Mobile racking is a high-density, electrically operated storage system that can accommodate both conventional and unconventional racking.
Appropriate for new and retro-fitted ambient and cold storage applications, this system maximises usable space by removing the need for multiple aisles, increasing vertical capacity, and providing 100% access to each pallet position.
Pushback is ideal for storing medium-turnover products, using the LIFO (or Last In, First Out) system.
This bulk storage system allows up to 2 to 6 pallets deep to be stored on both sides of an aisle. A warehouse can gain 25% to 55% more storage space.
Drive-In/Through Pallet Racking provides maximum storage capacity using the minimum amount of space. Drive-In/Through racking operates on the system of FILO (First In, Last Out) or FIFO (Fist In, First Out). It enables high density storage in multiple horizontal and vertical arranged aisles. Ideal for storing large volumes of the same item, buffer storage or storing products with a long shelf life. It is a slower operating racking system.
Live Pallet storage is the best form of warehouse organisation. Best if you are storing goods with limited storage life as pallets that are stored first are also retrieved first FIFO (First In, First Out). Unlike block storage, pallet live storage permits constant stock rotation per lane.
Carton flow racking permits high density storage of cartons and lighter products. Best if you are storing smaller merchandise as stock is automatically rotated on a first in, first out basis (FIFO).
